Investing on Taichi Lake Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone in Wudang Mountain and the 

comprehensive treatment project of Chong River in Wuhe County; Purchasing Qimen Tea Factory

Signing an agreement on developing Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone of Qiyun Mountain,

which clearly define the Culture and Tourism industry as the main business of the Group. 

Signing agreements on the projects of Yunyang Sunriver Bay, Yinghuai Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone in Funan City, 

Hefei Sunriver Flower Paradise Project.

Signing agreements on the Projects of Luyang Ecological and Cultural Tourism Zone in Hefei, 

the scenic spot of Laoshan Mountain and some other tourism destinations.
